  • What is The Six Types of Working Genius Assessment?

    The Working Genius Assessment is a simple and practical automated tool designed to help you identify the gifts you bring to work.

  • How do I access my Six Types of Working Genius Assessment?

    Please select 'Working Genius Assessment - Start Now' on the Home Page or the 'Take an Assessment' on the Shop page. Select the type of assessment (Student/General) and complete the purchase. The Student Assessment is designed for ages 14-20 and general assessment for ages 20 plus. You will receive an email with the assessment link within 48 hours. Once you complete the assessment you will receive an email with your customised report on the same day.

  • How quickly will I receive the Working Genius report?

    Your Working Genius assessment report will be emailed to you immediately after you finish the assessment questions, however it may take a few minutes to reach your inbox. Contact us if you have not received your report within 24 hours.

  • How do I register for the Six Working Genius Workshop?

    For individual registration, please select 'Register for Working Genius Workshop – Individual' from the Shop page. You will receive an email to complete the assessment. You will also receive an email with the workshop meeting log in details. If you are registering your team please select the 'Working Genius Corporate Workshop' from the Shop page. You can register up to 10 team members. Contact us if you wish to register more than 10 staff as discounts may apply. We will contact your with the assessment links and workshop details.

  • Does the Six Working Genius Workshop include an assessment and report?

    Yes. When you register for a workshop, it includes an assessment. You will receive an email to complete the assessment before the workshop.

  • How do I register for the Inclusive Workplace training or the other training programs?

    Please contact us via the contact us page or email us on info@leadersequipped.au. We will contact you to understand your requirement and offer solutions best suited to your requirements.

  • What is the cost of a Six Workig Genius Assessment?

    The Six Working Genius assessment is priced at $39.00 per individual for both the student and general assessment. Leaders Equipped is a small business and currently not eligible for GST.

    The Student Assessment is designed for ages 14-20 and general assessment for ages 20 plus.

  • What is the cost of workshops offered by Leaders Equipped?

    All our workshops are currently priced at $249.00 per individual. We offer discounts for group registrations over 10 individuals.

  • How do I pay for the services offered?

    Our Shop page will take you to the Square payment portal to complete the purchase. Currently Square portal offers payments via credit card or afterpay. Contact us if you wish to deposit the amount directly in our bank account. Payments needs to be completed before the assessment/workshop is undertaken.

  • Can I purchase an assessment or workshop as a gift for someone else?

    Yes you can gift an assessment or a workshop.It is a great gift as it will add value to the life of the person you are gifting to. We will need the name and email address of the person you are gifting to. Please contact us via the Contact page or email us an Leaders Equipped.

  • What does the assessment report identify?

    The Working Genius Assessment is a simple and practical online tool designed to help you identify the gifts you bring to work. The custom report provides detailed insights about your areas of Working Genius, Working Competency and Working Frustration along with an application section that will help you leverage this information in your work, on your team and in your life.

  • How much time is required to complete a Six Working Genius Assessment?

    On average it takes between 10 and 15 minutes to complete the assessment.

    There are 42 statements in the assessment and you need to respond to each statement with one of the three possible responses:

    Oh yeah, definitely

    Sometimes/Somewhat

    Oh no, definitely not.

  • How is the Six Working Genius different than other personality assessments??

    The biggest difference is that Working Genius is easily and directly applied to work—how people work and how work gets done and, finally, what type of work brings someone joy and energy. In other words, it’s as much a productivity tool as it is a personality model.For a team, Working Genius brings a framework to understand different types of work and offers insight into how people can better work together when they leverage one another’s strengths. The application of Working Genius leads to improvements in hiring, team communication, conversations around planning and execution, meetings and so much more.

  • Can the Working Genius be paired with the Five Dysfunctions of a Team?

    Absolutely, Working Genius can be used as an effective trust-building tool on teams. As team members share their own geniuses and frustrations with their peers, for example, this process is a great demonstration in vulnerability which is the first step in overcoming the five dysfunctions.Additionally, when teammates better understand their own and their coworkers’ relative areas of genius and frustration, they are immediately more capable of avoiding making unfair and inaccurate judgments about one another’s motivation. Finally, they are better poised to leverage their gifts for the benefit of the whole team.

  • What research has been done to validate WG?

    Working Genius Research has been an ongoing project, and we hired a team from Concordia University Irvine to conduct peer-reviewed research. Phase One of our study was outcomes-based research, and during Phase Two we gathered the NPS score and Reliability rating. Validity will be a much more comprehensive project, as that research will require finding similar instruments that measure each of the six types of work, along with joy and fulfillment in work, in order for us to measure the Working Genius against.
