Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your use of this website (Site) and any products or services provided through it.
1.2 By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Site immediately.
1.3 This Site is owned and operated by LEADERS EQUIPPED PTY LTD, ABN 80 682 681 107, based in New South Wales, Australia.

1.4 If you are located outside Australia, you acknowledge that these Terms are governed by Australian law, and that certain local consumer protections in your country may also apply where mandatory.

2. Eligibility and International Users

2.1 The Site is accessible to users worldwide. Our products and services are designed for users worldwide however the training program time zone is Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) GMT+10 / Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) GMT+11.

2.2 If you access the Site from outside Australia, you are responsible for complying with local laws where they apply.

3. Use of the Site

3.1 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party.
3.2 You must not:

• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Site.
• Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code.
• Use the Site to harass, abuse, defame, or otherwise harm others.

4. Accounts and Security (if applicable)

4.1 To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current and complete information.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

5.2 All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and, unless otherwise stated, include GST where applicable.
5.3 We reserve the right to change our products, services and pricing at any time without notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.

6. Orders, Payment and Currency

6.1 By placing an order through the Site, you make an offer to purchase the selected products or services under these Terms. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion.
6.2 Payment must be made at the time of placing the order via the payment methods available on the Site.
6.3 If you are located outside Australia, your bank or card provider may charge currency conversion and international transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees.

7. Shipping, Delivery and Access (if applicable)

7.1 Estimated delivery times, shipping options and applicable fees will be displayed at checkout for physical goods. These are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
7.2 Risk in physical goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon full payment.
7.3 For digital products or online services, access details will be provided by email or via your account within a reasonable time after payment is received.

8. Cancellations, Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

8.1 Our returns, refunds and cancellation policies are set out on the Site and form part of these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, warranties or remedies that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any similar legislation that cannot be excluded.

• In the case of services: resupply of the services or payment of the cost of resupply.

9.1 We (and our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the training content, books, digital materials, workbooks, slides, videos, audio, handouts and any other materials provided to you, whether in physical or digital form.

9.2 We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the materials solely for your own personal or internal business use, as applicable, and solely for the purposes for which they are provided.

9.3 Unless we expressly agree in writing, you must not:

• Copy, reproduce, record, distribute, adapt, translate, sell, resell or create derivative works from any materials;
• Share access details or materials with any third party (other than your internal staff for internal use, where allowed); or
• Use the materials to provide training or services to others in competition with us.

9.4 All trademarks, logos and trade names remain our property or the property of their respective owners. No licence to use them is granted under these Terms.

10. Third-Party Links and Tools

10.1 The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party sites.
10.2 Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to any terms and conditions imposed by those third parties.

11.1 The information on the Site is provided in good faith and for general information purposes only. We do not guarantee that the Site or its content is complete, accurate or up to date.

14. Privacy, Confidentiality and Data

14.1 We collect certain data you enter directly, like your contact, billing and payment details, data about your participation in our courses and data about your purchases.

1. Responding to your questions and concerns.
2. Sending you administrative messages and information, notifications about changes to our Services, and updates to our agreements.
3. Sending push notifications to your email or wireless device to provide updates and other relevant messages.

14.3 Each party must keep confidential all information of the other party that is marked confidential or which a reasonable person would consider confidential and must not use or disclose it except as required to perform the agreement or as required by law.

14.4 As we have clients internationally, your information may be stored or processed using service providers located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipients protect your information in a manner consistent with Australian privacy laws.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, and the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
15.2 You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts of appeal from them and waive any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts.
